Let's take those 1 by 1

1) CEO's responsibilities are not operational. A good CEO can go from one company in one type of business, and succeed in another. This is because CEO skills are not product development, or operational skills. Other people have those responsibilities.

Now, are you going to say that the CEO is incompetent? Well then, before bankruptcy can you point us to where you've expressed this view? Same CEO! Why was he not a problem before bankruptcy, but suddenly there are issues with him. So, the idea that the CEO doesn't have expertise in this new business is absolutely not a negative.

2) IMSC has similar issues in the past, by printing shares to pay off the huge debts, at below market prices. That my friend is dilution. Once again, pre bankruptcy, have you ever expressed any bold concerns about dilution? Well why suddenly now is it such a show stopper?

Oh, having less than $7 million will negatively impact shareholders in this deal? Well this just in, having less than $7 million will negatively impact shareholders even in the damn cash out option as well! Why haven't you mentioned that?

3) The reason for the possible reverse split is due to damn horrible performance of IMSC up to this point, not due to future performance!

4) Stuck long term IMSC shareholders had months to sell at higher prices. This I already covered here. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133083628 Any that didn't and have held through this disaster, suddenly can't handle having to scope down on their sales for 6 months?????

Sorry, I see no dire issues here.
