Its pretty mind blowing that they say they've been around since 1967 then put this statement out:


"Since we have a limited operating history in our current business of patent licensing and monetization, it will make it difficult for investors and securities analysts to evaluate our business and prospects."

Wow. Just. Wow.

Can someone explain to me as a shareholder what the F this is?

I'm sure my post will get deleted. That's fine. I'm just stricken by all of the incriminating statements of ineptitude in this filing.
