From reading the annual reports it is clear that all the above information is now old and no longer relevant.
New management new location. Toxic debt carried in from previous management / organization still due.
Dont know why a group would want to assume this vehicle with its debt stucture unless the vehicle costs were next to nothing.
Very thin today...wont take much to put this over a penny of course a business plan would be helpful.
