Mr. Wang has incurred lots of toxic debt....real simple to retire that debt with this thing called income and profit.
If this company was indeed delivering the product he claims to have tendered or even if it was loaded on a ship (name the ship so savy investors can track) and heading to the destination port that alone would raise the share price significantly.
So what's up Mr. Wang? Sign some bogus contacts from fake suppliers?
