$CGAC has hundreds of thousands in convertible debt they increased their authorized in order for debt holders to convert their debt and dump it into the market. This stock is going to 0001 and as for being a swindler its just the opposite. I got swindled into buying this stock at .005 when I called the people who recommended it they told me to average down (lol) so with all due respect screw you on your swindler comment...and the information I stated above is what my broker informed me, I guess I should've spoke to him before I purchased.
