I agree with Mr. Bagged however I did see something similar happen with URRE earlier this year. By no means the same length of delay or overpromising. URRE was supposed to close a deal with Laramide to seel assets. The deal took longer than expected and the stock dropped to $1. Finally the deal was announced and it soon rocketed all the way to $4. It's since fallen back, but the point is just as quickly as investors lose patience they can return to mania buying mode. I have substantial doubts that the Areva LOI will ever turn into an actual contract, but I wouldn't say I've lost hope. Just not banking or counting on it.
