I spoke with Serge yesterday and he told me that he was optimistic about activating the stock within 60-90 days from yesterday. He said it could be sooner and he was sorry for the lack of communication. I told him we have been waiting a long time and shareholders are getting angry that nothing is happening. He told me that the company is making money, a lot of good things are happening like the new web page and sales. He said we should have some good results soon. There were no specifics because it is confidential until he can release it to all of us but he sounded very positive like he has in the past.
Serge said they still needed to get the audits done for 2015, 2016. What worries me if we cant get him to get these two done then we will be behind on 2017 in about 5 months. I told him he needed to stay focused on this and get this done. This is how we ended up delisted in the first place. Once the audits are done they will need to file the S1 and speak to the market makers to activate the stock.
I strongly believe we need to stay on him about this as a team of shareholders or this just wont happen on the time-frame mentioned above.
Shareholders please communicate to Serge by texting and calling him at 714-488-1587 and pressure him to stay focused and get this done. He believes we should start out at a very good stock price. I told him that I didnt care if it started at .0033 where it last closed and he said it should be a lot better than that. So if you want a good payday we need to keep him focused on the audits.
I think Serge has a good heart and he means well, and he does care about his shareholders.
He did give me his famous line and Yes I have heard this before and I quote "it wont be much longer now"
I know he will know who i am now posting but I just don't care about that at all, I just want the stock activated and a big payday for all shareholders.
