Because there are debt converters that are dumping into the marketplace. And they do not care about the price of the stock. They have NO long-term interest in the company, which is why you are seeing downward pressure and high volume.

The crushing of the PPS from $20 to .0007 is fully the fault of the company and its BOD only!

They handed out dilutive notes to toxic financiers like they were Halloween candy from a bottomless bowl.

THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO THE PPS UPON CONVERSION.

They did the exact same thing with IFXY and FWDG!

Both sit at .0001 with no bid at times.

I figure with the notes in the link above that there is still about 1 BILLION shares yet to be converted.

It will be interesting to see how the/any solar deal will be financed.
