What exactly was the IMSCQ business plan to handle the $80 million in debt when the debt came due? Show me the "viable execution plan with reasonable chance of success" in handling the debt! How about that "bridge"?

Seems arbitrary to throw dirt at the new venture when at the very least, its just as bad as IMSCQ was!
