Someone is not happy. See docket #3648. Edward Fox from AQR Capital Management LLC is requesting the entire confirmation hearing be postponed, he thinks everyone was sandbagged by SUNEQ with a last minute change to the ECA - Equity Commitment Agreement. Interesting reading.
