That is being gullible to think these OTCM scams are providing truthful information in the SEC filings - there is no difference in securities law between a company issued press release on a wire service or a 8-K.

Hell, the CEO didn't provide the same amount of debt in the PR and the 8-K - she is the most incompetent CEO I have seen - she has to amend all of the filings.

Why did she increase the A/S by 70% if she didn't do it to accommodate more dilution.

Why defend a CEO who is so deceitful?
