So if 1.469 Billion slaps paper and the market had no cover for that paper as well as 31 million .. well lets say 1.35 Billion DUTV ... cover of 1.5 Billion...would that not leave 150 Million needed ?

would that not imply 168 Million torq - 150 million = 38 Million free trading DUTV at this time until Torq shows up ?

Won't .0002 @ DUTV be .05 ? Then @ .0003 .075, .0004 .10 and so on... if cover is at DUTV

Seems Torq is tide-up at PTEL (-1,000,000 DUTV -7,000 PTEL)
