So CEO, the guy in charge, the leader of the company, el Jefe, says, "am working on getting a reverse split completed. That is the most immediate goal I have for Garb. Short of that, there is nothing to do. What else would you like to know?" is all this guy's got?

What about, what products are you contemplating?, how do you plan on reviving the company?, what is your new business model?, how are you reorganizing the company?, what are you going to do to gain shareholder confidence?

If that's all this guy has, it is nothing more than an over-the-edge-of-the-cliff step towards bankruptcy.
