That would be a risky move to try. Camsing had a good quarter and has done other deals. Another good quarter could more than justify the current share price.

Camsing could also have made a different deal with POW!, like purchasing $11.5 million (or less) worth of IP. It would be cheaper than buying POW! and its problems. There is no way of knowing until Camsing has to talk about it.

I don't think it was a scam, just not a well thought out deal, on both sides.
