That is 3 months old, how many people are lined up to use the Franchising Loans. In all reality, all they have is a bank that would be willing to finance someone with great credit and money of their own.

You do know they went public with the idea of selling franchises and converting existing into Unique Stores. They had a few in the beginning, never came close to anything they projected. All stores Failed in every market they were in and went bankrupt. They have not sold a franchise in well over 10 years. Screwed all their employees, Vendors, Landlords, Staffing company, etc. They have no money and no credit.

They always claimed to have financing available, Which is probably true as lots of banks will lend if you put enough out of your pocket, have a great credit rating, and if they think the Store will be profitable. Most likely anyone who meets the standards to get the financing, would be smart enough to not buy a franchise and just open one without the Unique Name, Like Kevin Did! lol

Couple years ago they awarded a Master Franchise in Colorado. The guy never paid a penny fee, Never even opened a store himself. Another PR to sell stock

Oh yea, the Mystery Man Dr Reddy was issued a Master Franchise for Pizza in India years ago. He never did a thing with UPZS, and of course never even considered opening a Unique Pizza in India. But Hell, The PR sounded good! We are going International! lol
Yet we can not open and sucessfully run a Pizza shop in our home city!
