POWN was a pink-sheet, non-reporting, stock before Disney bought 10%.

I'm not excusing Stan and Gill for delisting, but, without a reliable revenue source, it would be hard for the company to keep up with the costs associated with being listed.

IF Stan and Gill were better management it wouldn't matter if the company were listed or not.
