......my thoughts, exactly...........frankie grew up in Smithfield and the HOLDING family heritage began in Smithfield................the american CIVIL WAR is still underway in Smithfield.............TO WIT.........

.....only problem with the KS/FC takeover........potentially.......is that those uwbi RATS............they iz FC rats now..................so, we kinda are sittin' on frankie's side of the particle-board table......with KS on the other side.........................and KS is a very small bank, imo.................10 branches and only has $210mm (in assets).......the news release says $340mm but that's inflated............stockholders' equity is $18mm and didn't frankie offer like $36mm worth of FC......????........those are pennies in frankie's bentley's ashtray.......and the stock went from $18 per to $31 per since 6-15-17.........just sayin'...........there's a deal here.......

.....CLOSE OUT UWBI, frankie, or we blow up the KS merger..........seriously.............
