sense.
Do you think MW would have settled if he had to pay any money.

There is no way he would do that.

The number one reason. The state case would have been a lock Win
for MW and IFUS. There was to much damaging information on
SA. Why on earth do you think everything was settled AMICABLY.

After the fed case was over as you have posted why would SA
settle AMICABLY. Common sense tells us the answer.
