BAC has been a "scam" Equity since 2007-2008. Obuma and His "ilk" did this as they created a situation via Dodd-Frank wherein it COULD be done. Since then, just look at the pith-poor performance of this Stock. That is until Mr. Trump got elected. Now however, we have ongoing manipulation like we have never witnessed with one Equity, BAC. Shorts are having a field day this AM with pre=programmed algos, saw it in set ups yesterday. Now, a .46 eps will really create volatility today. Maybe, just maybe a spike thru the resistance level at or around 25. That is IF, repeat IF the big money will ALLOW it!A revised UPTICK RULE is a must, or a type of control to level the trading to the retail investor.
