I suggest you do a little DD and talk to Camille directly, ask him if you can have a copy of the valuation mentionned in the news release. See how he handles it. A little phone call can save you a ton of headache somewhere down the road. My recollection of my conversation with him was not a favorable one at all when I did talk to him back then.
