Wait for it, it will be sub .80 quite soon...read through the noise, the dude basically pumped, dumped, and reduced warrants from 1.89 to 1, right after it was trading over $1.80, literally minutes, and issued a ton more at $1.39, which by the same math, will convert well under 50 cents. Nothing like taking a massive dump on the heads of shareholders...return to the OTC by year end inevitable.
