I have had time to research our new BOD member. He appears to be well qualified. However, is he a "big hitter" whose appointment would help us on Wall Street or Cancer circles? I am uncertain on that point. He is not with a big pharma company. Avir's market cap is even lower than ours. The company where he is CFO may also be delisted.

AVIR did successfully avoid delisting previously through a NASDAQ hearing in 2013 but before Mr. Colonesse was the CFO.
