Strange behavior by CETX

They twice contacted the SEC requesting them to speed up the effectiveness statement. What's the hurry to sell shares?

The SEC doesn't tend to post unsolicited correspondence, but they did in this case. They must see some strangeness in behavior too that they wish to memorialize

#1). You have money. Other people want it. All of it!
