Attorney Consult.
I'm going to be consulting with an attorney; who deals with situations of this nature; maybe as a class action.
Cris didn't reveal material news when it should have been PR'ed.
We were made to believe; a viable company was acquired; and all invested based it's potential; only to find out a bankrupt company was in fact purchased. Then a vague comment about an African company. The time to be transparent; is when a material event occurs; not several months later in a 10Q or K. I have to see if Cris can be personally liable as well. It's a year and a half; and there seems to be a lot of BS continuing to happen here.
YES; we expected more from Cris; with a so called stellar reputation; obviously now lost to his now non follow through and evasiveness.
