Nooo the question is not whether they found commercial hydrocarbons but WHY the never-ending reminder of the odds of drilling success and berating of all aspects of the company??

Any number after all is just a mathematical calculation based on geology, previous wells drilled(if any)and whatever factors can be included in the equation ! It is by far an exact science !

Was the fact that the 18.8% was good enough for CEPSA who was spending tens of $millions on exploration and drilling costs ever included in the daily blather and attempts to destroy ERHC !

The question is "what was the intent " ?????
