Judgment day in a month when the Q reports 580 k in license still due. Honestly nothing posted by this company indicates any debt is written off unless they paid it after the last Q. Small chance of that happening as there are too many executives waiting hit severance checks.

The 8k does not replace or supersede but amends only a small section dealing with a deferred amount. . This is also part of a multi faceted license agreement. It's impossible to conclude all of the previous agreements are null void and replaced by the language in the 8k.
