Ok Jorge, BCSC employees don't go to Chile.

You say "If the called parties DO NOT GO within the 18 days allowed after serving, IT IS EASY, they will have waved their right to defense, will have admitted all charges as REAL, COUNTED and committed. As guilty admittedly by remiss appearance, the Judge and me shall not give up, but to resort to INTERPOL to ensure my witness appearance, this time under new CRIMINAL CHARGES arising from the matters ventilated in Court."

You win your civil case but you have a vacant judgement because the BCSC doesn't have any assets in Chile. The failure of BCSC employees to appear is not a corresponding criminal violation Canada (if it were, your failure to appear in your trials in Ontario would have resulted in criminal charges against you). So under Canada's extradition treaty nobody in BC is forced to go anywhere.
