USMJ is not a Holding Company. A holding company is a parent corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership that owns enough voting stock in another company to control its policies and management. A holding company exists for the sole purpose of controlling another company, which might also be a corporation, limited partnership or limited liability company, rather than for the purpose of producing its own goods or services. A company created to buy and possess the shares of other companies, which it then controls. Does it sound like USMJ? I dont think they have done anything of Holding and USMJ CBD water and their gummies which they make... doesn't sound to much like a Holding company. I dont even think they are a Holding company and just have that Holding in there. They have done nothing as of Holding anything besides holding investor off.
