To me it appears he's blaming the relationship for his own poor investment - like that old saying "the devil made me do it!" That's a new take on an old story. Traders get so wrapped up in believing they'll become multi-millionaires that they'll throw good money after bad in hopes of recouping their original investment.

I'll need to add that excuse to my list of reasons traders give for bad investments - the girlfriend. lol!

Too bad the hooked and netted never blame the predator, only the meany bashers and now "the girlfriend".
