I think I see why the price of MHTX shares have risen to the $0.04 range. It all has to do with the trading price of IBX shares. Here's my analysis: (1) MHTX holds 64 million shares of IBX, (2) the closing price of IBX shares last Friday was $0.16/share and (3) there are 5333.8 million shares of MHTX shares outstanding. Simple analysis is that the net increase in the value of a single share of MHTX shares has risen by (6.4*10^7)*1.6X10^-1)/(5.338X10^8) or 1.92 cents per MHTX share outstanding. Bottom line is that MHTX shareholders now need to pay close attention to the trading price of IBX shares and the number of shares MHTX holds in its treasury.
