What we gather is that sometime next year, and to date we do not know exactly what date, FTR will convert One share of FTRPR to UP TO twenty shares of FTR Common IF, repeat IF the FTR Common price is at 5.00 or less.
If FTR Common is over 5.00 the number of shares issued will be in proportion in math to the PPS of FTR Common.
Of course no one knows what the FTR Common PPS will be at the time/date of conversion, so do Your own DD and "play" is with Your own RTR algo/calculation. Cramer/The Street/Wall St/Institutions are buying so there it is.
