There are many legitimate and good companies on the OTC that are not current in their filings, I give MMTC the benefit of the doubt and know they will be current eventually. We must remember MMTC is operating on a shoestring budget, money is tight. Mr. Nunez is very responsible in keeping the share structure lean and making the money stretch. This is a real company, there is no doubt about that.
