Tony,
While I appreciate your response I honestly have lost all faith in you. Can you blame me? Or anyone of the investors? You hooked us all in by claiming transparency and "updates soon to come". We fell for it as you went completely silent. You wouldn't even send a tweet out saying something like "Sorry, financials are delayed because...". Not a peep. Lastly, what good would a phone conversation do if you've been advised not to comment? You seem to have zero care for your investors so don't expect much in return.
