Closing or not, lease bookings are meaningless.

The previous locations had live books when they were abruptly closed.

Joel's lied about almost everything in relation to this company, of course he will also lie about promising bookings if & when he won't honour them.

Today is the day to renew the lease?
Why do they have bookings on their website all throughout this month and the next several months?
