September / Early October - conforms also with the FCC norm of 180 days as their target for proceedings in general. Hardly ever hear of them getting decisions out the door early.

So in the meantime, Mike just published some interesting comparison charts on MM spectrum showing what Fibertower means to AT&T. And I think it shows that the FCC has to balance in roughly the same time frame these decisions along with the Verizon/Straightpath deal. How could the FCC not?
