You are welcome to your theories, but there wouldn't have been a trade at 0.0001 if there was someone willing to pay a higher price, now would there?

Regardless of motiviation, we know that for some time today, no one wanted CDNL shares for more than the minimum tick.

Your theory is these shares are MM's for flattening. OK, my theory is a trader/shareholder wants it to go down for the purpose of showing the blip of .0001 on the screen.
