Bro, it's DESIGNED to go down. Everyone always talks about "catching a bottom" in VIX or "market is going to top" when they buy here...but they don't understand that this is designed with decay. That means you are losing before you even start playing. So, anytime you buy it you are essentially placing a bet at the casino and hoping your number comes up. More times than not, your number doesn't come up. Play carefully and best wishes.
