T trades match exactly... first two trades this morning were at 5 and the T trades at 49. This is an order the MM got and per the rules it was a riskless trade for the MM so he put the T trade out there. Someone has been dumping all week. Everytime you see a T trade like this it is either 1) the company has an effective ATM (or other type) and sold a block during trading hours to a block buyer or b) it was a riskless trade for the MM and by the rules he had to show both sides of the trade.

In either case it is a riskless trade for the MM and it show up as a T trade. It is not accumulation.
