In BTDG's last financial report, it was declared that Bell has been given an irrevocable proxy to vote LaBarre's shares until April of 2018. This would lead one to believe that at least until that date, Bell can call the shots without much interference from LaBarre.

It would appear that subsequent to the upcoming reverse split, there will be a window of time wherein Bell will be allowed to build the company in any way he sees fit.

I know very little about Bell, but anything that removes LaBarre's authority here should probably be viewed as an improvement.
