Full disclosure I have 125,000 shares give or take if u add in my 23,000 warrants from the PP round I got in. In the last month I added close to 60,000 between 1.18-1.36 and here's why:

Placement rounds usually have people looking to turn and burn off pre-ipo investment which causes downward pressure (especially in summer) I've traded around the pp rounds coming free with last round freeing up June 6th (see tweet

My hypothesis is that after June 6th And the ensuing pressure the company allows/ed the pressure to continue while they sit on news and stay quiet on milestones reached because who wants to waste good news while there is pressure on the stock that will happen regardless? As expected heading into June 6th the market (smarter investors) also sees this and sell off from 1.70usd begins, shares free up and their is a monster dip to 1.15 and a dead cat bounce. The range stays between 1.18-1.25 next 15 days and accumulation begins. Based on trades most of pp shares were chewed up from that round... and we have seen this exact thing happen before with companies like OGI and Canopy look at their charts and u can see pP dips. For Canopy once everyone got out around 1.50 it kept moving north for next 18 months hitting $18.

Here are the catalysts I'm betting on:

Canada goes Rec 2018 creating supply and demand shortages

EMC 100,000 square foot facility goes live Q1 2018 with projected revs of 70m with another one being built same size set for q3/4 also with 70m projection.

But my biggest catalyst is President of EMC formally CEO of Purdue Pharma which is company that created OxyContin and brought 11 other drugs to market. Biotech is part of their strategy and Stewart knows how to get drugs to market and procedures to do it right. Now as we have seen the stock is starting to move north, will it keep going? I think so and I'm making a pretty big bet.
