I took my own best advise and converted a 100 dollar payday next month from KMI and bought another 400 NGL with a $156 pay addition in August and kept 11k dry powder from the transaction! No brainer as KMI will improve but not as much or as fast imo.
Oh BTW the offset makes room for roughly another 8-9k gains tax free come April of 18! Pretty confident they will come from NGL .Normally I wait till late in the year to rebalance, but you know I am impulsive. Its the end of an era...
