I was never able to find out much on this, I actually forgot all about it until your post...lol. There was a merger with Tianci but it seems to be a company with little operations or assets as it's still classified as a shell.

Pretty sweet ss though, those shares folks got under .12 should be a steal, when/if they ever decide to merge with someone. Actually tempted to bid for some myself, not many out there will buy Chinese tickers but I don't mind them at all, just takes patience but many times pays off, especially lately.
