A few highlights here.

1. OS 27M unchanged.
2. OEP, a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase owns 42% of CHME common shares; they bought shares at $3 per share
3. CHME, subsidiary filed IPO in China stock market in 2016. It was approved and now they are preparing to start the trade
4. CEO SenShan Yang bought 3M shares from other two co-founders @$0.4 per share in 2016.
