Taking a material like graphene and spin a modulator out of it is hard at best. UCSB could help them but i see no modulator based on graphene coming out.

My focus is on Jerry Hug and why he left SITO, a nasdaq listed company. Did he see an oppertunity suggested by the upcoming acquisition?

Will it be a photonic software or hardware company. How will they pay for it?
A lot of photonic small players out there looking for an entry. Like Michael Lebby told me in person. "If you are a small focussed team, you can get pretty far."
