It is outstanding now, and will be very good as the number of shares outstanding are adjusted in proportion to shares outstanding after the FTRPR exchange takes place. Big investors are buying FTRPR now!
20 for one IF share price of FTR common is 5. or less. Adjusted based on common price at the time of the exchange. Wall St. calling this a "slam dunk". Do your own DD on this or any stock in play.
