It wouldn't take much to get started. They could contract a company to mine it and pay them with the money from selling the gold after they got it going. They would need a little cash up front but the project would be self sustaining in a short period of time. And yes its a very nice vein they have there. The neighboring mine is a very good example of the amount of gold in that same vein
