Imagine what a simple 100K shares could be worth in the future.

At .01 it is worth $1000.
At .10 it is worth $10000.
At .20 it is worth $20000.

The Investment bank has an option to buy at $1 at a 50% discount. That is an incentive for the Investment bank to deliver the big boys to the PPS.
