At a minimum I will be voting against Alan Carr. He's the only member of the Nominating and Governance committee that is on the ballot. This is the committee that 'approved' the outrageous incentive plan to provide the board additional shares if we hit $4.50 and make some Surps payments. That's a joke. Carr has zero shares, in terms of skin in the game. Great to see your directors with such confidence in the business that they own no ownership of it (director since 2014).

Granted it's a symbolic gesture, as under the TSA Carr is required to serve a 3 year term, so Syncora would just re-appoint him.

I will likely vote against Coleman Ross as well. For the reasons you have pointed out.

The others I'm indifferent on.
