BWBG: Trademasters PRO, Will Receive 1,200,000 shares from Nina Edstrom (1,200,000 shares without trading restriction which could be sold in compliance with the provisions of Securities Act Rule 144), 1,200,000 shares were included in an S1 registration statement deemed effective by the SEC March 1, 2006, Nina Edstrom is listed as a Selling Stockholder on pg.#20 of the company’s prospectus dated 5/10/16. Service will commence on 08/01/16 for 4 months, for marketing, investor relations, and raising informational awareness of publicly traded company Blue Water Bar and Grill. Trademasterspro intends to sell all of the shares of BWBG Common Stock, notwithstanding the fact that Trademasterspro may be advertising and/or raising investor awareness on BWBG and its securities at the time of such sale.
