All things considered, it seems like they're limiting the dilution as much as possible.
Re; Bangchack financing, which should close soon:
I'm guessing that this will add a significant amount of shares to the total O/S ?
However, after Bangchack signs on the dotted line, LACDF should have a clear path toward initial Li production.
Years ago, I took a long-term gamble on the "old/original" Lithium Americas (LHMAF? )
Still holding all my shares.
